1. Agreement
These Terms form an agreement between you and Parbon.net when you visit our website, place an order, open an account or use any service. By using a service, you confirm that you can enter a binding contract and that the information you provide is accurate.
2. Services and orders
We provide shared web hosting, managed VPS/cloud hosting, domain registration or transfer assistance, website and CMS development, migration, maintenance and related support. The checkout page, quotation, invoice or statement of work forms part of these Terms and defines the service, price, billing cycle, resources and scope.
An order is accepted only after successful payment, required verification and our confirmation. We may reject or manually review an order to prevent fraud, abuse or technical risk and will refund an unaccepted paid order.
3. Customer accounts
- You must keep contact, billing and domain registrant information current.
- You are responsible for account credentials, authorised users, website content, software updates and activity performed through your account.
- Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
- You must maintain your own current copy of important data even when a backup service is included.
4. Pricing, payment and renewal
Prices and plan inclusions are displayed before checkout or in a written quote. Prices are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Applicable GST or other taxes may be added. Recurring services renew for the selected billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Non-payment may result in suspension or deletion after reasonable notice.
Payments may be processed by Razorpay or another disclosed payment provider. We do not directly store complete card, UPI or banking credentials. Promotions apply only under their published conditions. Refund eligibility is governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
5. Domain names
Domain registration is subject to availability and the policies of the relevant registry, registrar, ICANN or NIXI. A search result or payment does not guarantee registration until confirmed by the registry. You are responsible for correct registrant details, renewal and responding to verification requests. Registry, redemption, transfer and privacy fees may be non-refundable.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use our services for unlawful activity, phishing, malware, unsolicited bulk messaging, credential theft, denial-of-service attacks, copyright infringement, child sexual abuse material, deceptive schemes or activity that harms other customers or our network. Resource-intensive mining, scanning or automation is not allowed on shared hosting. We may investigate complaints and cooperate with lawful requests.
7. Performance, support and backups
Availability and response targets are service objectives unless a signed agreement states an SLA and remedy. Maintenance, upstream failures, force-majeure events, customer changes and attacks outside reasonable control may affect service. Support scope depends on the purchased plan. Restores are best-effort and backup availability is not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.
8. Suspension and termination
You may cancel as described in the Cancellation & Refund Policy. We may suspend or terminate service for non-payment, illegal use, security threats, material breach or risk to the platform. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Serious abuse may require immediate action. After termination, data may be deleted according to operational retention schedules.
9. Warranties and liability
Services are provided with reasonable skill and care, but the internet and third-party systems cannot be guaranteed error-free. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, special or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the fees paid for the affected service during the three months before the event, except where applicable law does not allow that limitation.
10. Changes, law and contact
We may update these Terms for legal, security or service changes and will publish the effective date. Indian law governs these Terms. Parties should first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith; any unresolved dispute will be handled by a court of competent jurisdiction in India, subject to applicable consumer law.
